If you are over 21 and want to gain an unrestricted licence allowing you to ride any size of motorbike, then this is the route you need to take.

Once you have completed your initial CBT on a 125cc machine, there will then be a period of conversion training to progress you on to a larger machine for your DAS training. This is to ensure that you are confident and able to ride safely on the road.

Our DAS training is generally undertaken in a number of 3 hour sessions. Alternatively, we can provide intensive courses over a period of days if this is more convenient for you. The number of sessions or days training required will vary depending upon your previous experience and will be discussed with you and assessed prior to the start of your course.

All the training takes place on the road with a qualified instructor who will accompany you and be in radio contact at all times. Your training will reflect the fact that you are riding a larger machine and takes place in the town where you’ll be taking your test, familiarising you with possible test routes. The comprehensive DAS training you receive is designed to enable you to pass your test – the rest is down to you!
